IX is committed to providing the very best equipment and software to protect your website data and settings. Therefore, periodically, it is required for us to take our systems offline to perform upgrades and do routine maintenance. On Saturday, July 30th, from 12:00am to 5:00am EDT, we will be taking one of the systems that your account resides on, down for maintenance. You will not need to do anything before or after this maintenance period, although we always strongly encourage customers to create backups of their sites routinely.
